About once per quarter, we host a 2 day training session at our offices in Ogden, Utah. We cover everything you need to know in order to be successful with our products – after all, our success depends on yours. Topics include site validation, the integration process itself, a look at the more advanced features/options that our technology has to offer, and how to avoid or mitigate risk in doing these kinds of projects.
We spend a lot of time in the lab, trying out the various tools we recommend, working with N2 devices, and actually going through an integration from start to finish. We recommend bringing a laptop with your HMI on it, and one of your global controllers, so when you do the integration, you will see everything come into BACnet on your own screen, just as you would in the field.
It’s a very hands-on 2 days, and we encourage attendees to give feedback, ask questions, and experiment with the technology. It’s a fun and rewarding experience, plus a rare chance to meet face to face, as so much of our business is done via phone or email.
Special trainings can also be scheduled for groups/teams who are interested.
