At this year’s NFMT conference at the Baltimore Convention Center, March 13-15, EnOcean Alliance and The S4 Group will be collectively showcasing the benefits of EnOcean enabled technology for reducing energy consumption in buildings at booth 2551 in the Green Tech pavilion. The EnOcean Alliance is a consortium of over 250 leading companies working to establish and promote innovative automation solutions for sustainable buildings. The core technology of the Alliance is the energy harvesting, wireless technology for flexibly positioned and service free sensor solutions.
The S4 Group, Inc will be demonstrating several S4 Open Appliances at the NFMT show, including the S4 Open: BACnet-EnOcean Gateway, a new product that provides interoperability between EnOcean networks and BACnet enterprise environments. S4 will also be demonstrating their flagship product, the S4 Open: BACnet-N2 Router, which integrates legacy Metasys building automation systems into BACnet.
Cory Vanderpool, Director of EnOcean Alliance in North America, will also be speaking at the event. Her presentation, “Energy Harvesting Building Technologies & Incentives for Commercial Buildings” will take place from 9-9:50am on March 13th in room 349.
